Restoration / Counter-Notification Policy

If content you posted on ConvertToTune has been removed due to a DMCA takedown notice, and you believe this was a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification.

Under 17 U.S.C. Section 512(g)(3), your written counter-notice must include:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the content removed and the original URL on which it appeared.
  3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you believe the content was removed in error or by misidentification.
  4. Your name, address, and phone number, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court in your area (or where we are located if outside the U.S.), and your acceptance of service of process from the person who filed the original DMCA claim.
  5. Send your counter-notice through our Contact Page. Email is strongly recommended.

Repeat Infringer Policy

We take copyright violations seriously. In compliance with the DMCA’s repeat infringer policy, we maintain a record of all valid DMCA notices. If a user is found to be a repeat infringer, their account may be terminated without notice.
